Suki Pantal, founder of Suki’s Curries and Spices, is a culinary teacher and a cookbook author based in Worcestershire. She conducts virtual cookery classes and cookery demonstrations and talks across the United Kingdom. Passionate about bringing the rich tapestry of Indian flavours to curry enthusiasts, Suki is a culinary ambassador and storyteller of Indian culture through food. Raised in New Delhi, her upbringing was steeped in the aromatic and diverse flavours of Indian cuisine which is reflected in her culinary prowess. She likes to cook, teach and write about the diverse regional recipes from India, showcasing the country's culinary diversity. 

In 2022, she participated in The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver, on Channel 4, showcasing her exquisite Butter Chicken dish. Suki’s debut cookbook – Garnish with Garam Masala -  will be released in May this year, reinstating her belief that sharing a recipe is akin to sharing a culture.
