PLEASE NOTE THAT APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2025 FESTIVAL ARE NOW OPEN
The application process will close on 31 January 2025 and ALL applications received will be reviewed by committee and allocated a pitch.
The application process is via the website and referred to as a "Membership"
Successful traders will be contacted in early February and payment must be made by return. Non payment will result in the loss of your pitch.
Locations for 2025 are:
- West Street & Station Road - a mixture of food, drink and goods to be taken home
- Broad Street - food and drink to be consumed at the festival along with Hampshire Farmers Market
- East Street - childrens area featuring story tellers, artists, games and entertainment
- Eco Area - located in Station Mill Gym this is an area for recycled goods, eco friendly products, vegan catering and all things green
- Makers Market - located in the train station forecourt this area features artisan traders with home made products
Pitch fees for 2025 are:
- £60 - Charity pitch
- £150 - Selling goods or food/drink to take home
- £225 - Selling food or drink to be consumed at the festival
Please note there are very limited larger pitches available, caused by the road lay out. Should you be unsuccessful in your application for a larger pitch we may offer you a smaller pitch size.
