The team at Season Cookery School, Lainston House Hotel have kindly agreed to return to the festival and offer visitors the chance to cook with them again. Using the Big Green Egg Minimax (2 guests per unit) you will be able to prepare steak with a chimichurri, chipotle mayo on a watercress flatbread.
The non refundable fee to secure your place is just £15 and this will be donated to the festival charity Abby's Heroes in full.
