Phil Yeomans 

 
I have been a chef for 26 years.  I started my passion for food learning at the Dorchester, Harvey Nichols and the SOHO House Group in London.  Then as a young chef I moved to North Carolina to The Fearrington Inn to work in one of the best 5 diamond hotels in the USA. Looking for a new challenge I headed to Bermuda for my first Head Chef role at the stunning Coral Beach & Tennis Club on Elbow Beach. 

Over the years I have worked under Andrew Mackenzie at Lainston House and after my travels I returned to take on the role of Executive Chef at Lainston House in 2019. 

Being from Hampshire, I was always drawn to working at Lainston and I now have my dream role which is very varied and includes training and developing our new young Chefs and working with the teams to run our outdoor cookery classes – both passions of mine.
