The 2024 festival will be held on Sunday 19th May 2024 and applications to trade with us are now open.  

All applications will be reviewed and the closing date is 31 January 2024.

Rates for the festival traders will be (based on a 3x3m pitch and your own gazebo) 

  • CHARITY £60
  • TRADERS £150
  • FOOD & DRINK FOR CONSUMPTION  £200

There are limited "odd" sized pitches and the opportunity for a couple of traders to take a pitch in Ropley Park & Ride field.
